Issues with Oculus software

I'm a little frustrated and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I can't seem to get the oculus software to work on my pc. Every time I've launch the software it checks if it was setup and fails. This is my log.

I have done some googling and I am not too comfortable messing with my firewall. Are there known fixes that are more clear?

I bought a Quest 2 yesterday, I can't get the pc software to work at all, either "there was a problem installing the software" or when opening it after signing in through Facebook the app just closes. Sometimes it goes as far as to ask me to choose my type of headset but that's only maybe 1% of the time, either way, the software just closes.
