It is my fifth tickets in almost a month and still no answer????

I fill the ticket form click submit a get a green popup saying  the Ticket was send successfully, BUT I receive no confirmation email or I cannot see my old tickets. 

Do I do something wrong ?

I've been trying to get them to acknowledge faulty hardware for a while now. Considering getting a lawyer since I paid over $600 for what is now a headset brick.

What is wrong?  And a lawyer won't really help.  How is your headset a brick? what headset is it?
