Its been over 3 months since i sent my oculus and haven't got it back.

I sent my oculus in with my right controller and i still haven't gotten anything back about them saying they sent it back. I've contacted so many support agents about this and they all say they have a specialist on the problem. I'm getting really impatient because all they have to do is slap a return label on and send it back and more games are coming out that I'm missing out on because I haven't gotten my oculus back. If they reply to this then they probably gonna say contact another agent about the problem and its gonna repeat again.

Any update? I’m discouraged reading this because it’s been a month and I’m in that same situation with the support emails weekly!!!
