I would like to know if there's a phone number/direct contact, i can call from the oculus department.
I've already contacted customer service several times, with no solution to my problem.
My VR-headset is currently retained since my receipt "doesn't details all the products that includes the VR-QUEST2-128 GB ALL IN ONE", i kindly wrote to the chat. But there unable to assist me, or to escalate this matter.
If there's a possible way to speak to someone capable of assisting me in this matter, i would fully appreciate it.
