Lost purchased items due to locked FB account

Hi, 

 

My son's FB account was locked because of an unusual activity. (We think someone hacked his account.). Even we tried many times to recover the account, the FB steps puts us in a vicious cycle and it is impossible to recover account. 

 

However, we have purchased a game with locked account and right now we cannot use it. Is it possible to transfer purchased items to our new account?

Hey there! We're sorry to hear about your son's account, we know that must have been disappointing to discover. When purchases are made on an account, they are tied to the Facebook account they were purchased under. With that being said, the act of transferring purchased content to another account is not an action that is offered.

 

If the game was purchased within the last 14 days with no more than 2 hours of playtime, we recommend going into your purchase history and requesting a refund. We hope this helps answer your question, but if you have any more we're always here to help. 😊

Hi again, thank you for your response, however the problem is we cannot go to out purchase story since te only way to login is FB account which is locked. Is there any way to login oculus without FB account by using e-mail adress i.e okansenyure9@gmail.com(this is the email connected to locked FB acount)

We know how concerning this can be, and we would love to assist with getting him back in his account. So that we can look into his account, please send us a private message with the following information:

  • Full name as it appears on his Oculus account
  • Current alias/username
  • Email address linked to the account
  • Last four digits of your credit card or PayPal email address
  • Recent purchase on the Oculus digital store
  • Copy of a digital or hardware invoice
  • Headset serial number for the device registered to your account​
