I just got the Rift less than a week ago and everything seemed fine (other than dealing with Support about finger tracking on the left touch controller). But this morning when I tried the headset on, I noticed a small scar on the screen (not lens) and looks like the LCD screen got damaged or something. Anyone know how to fix this? Support seems to have decided to start ignoring my tickets after their last reply on the Touch controller saying "we are looking into available options" https://youtu.be/t3cG87Hkq2w
