May have bought the same game twice, refunded the first time

So I got a promo code to get 30% off an order, however, when I ordered the game, I didn’t apply it, and so it charged me normally, So I submitted a refund, Then I clicked a notification of the same game, and I bought it again this time with the promo code entered right. What’s going to happen now? Am I still eligible for a refund?

Hey there, typically when a title is refunded and then purchased a second time, it's not eligible for a refund. However, if you find issue with the game, you can always submit a ticket and we can review our options to possibly make an exception.
