Media syncing issues

I have tried recording multiple videos to try and sync them to the app. I have tried manually and automatically syncing them but it never worked. I click the button, it gives me the notification, but it still says it’s not synced, so I go to my device and I don’t see the recordings. They are about 19 minutes long, I really need help with this as a YouTuber with daily uploads.

To help us get your videos to sync please try these steps:

 

  1. Log out of the mobile app.
  2. Uninstall and re-install the app.
  3. Log back in and re-sync videos.
