My Account and the Refer's account were NOT credited with $30.

My Account and the Refer's account were NOT credited with $30.


I am the new Oculus Purchaser.   I followed the links when registering.


Don't know if this makes a difference but my facebook account has an email from another of my emails.  During the process of clicking the referal link when registering, it indicated the 2 emails were now  linked together.


What do I need to do

a) Is there a number I need to call, I can't find any numbers listed

b) Do I need to return the Oculus 2 Headset and get a refund and start over?


Please let me know what I need to do?
