My touch order was blocked. How do I resubmit?

My cc company blocked the order. I fixed it and updated my information, but don't know how to proceed. it says on hold and I don't want to double order.

Quoting @cybereality from a earlier post "If your CC account gets declined, you should make sure everything is good (sufficient funds, accept fraud check, etc.) and then contact Oculus Support within the time frame to have them check the order is allowed to proceed. I'd also recommend using a verified PayPal account, as that has less chance of being declined. "

And quoting a support ticket, you'll be told this about when another attempt will be maide

"Another charge will be attempted on your order as soon as possible, we appreciate your patience."
