No HDMI Connection fix requiring reinstall of NVIDIA drivers every reboot.

So, this common problem began 8 months after I purchased my Oculus Rift. Of all the troubleshooting I've tried the only fix has been reinstalling my NVIDIA drivers. The problem I'm coming across is that every time I reboot my computer I get the error again and have to re-install the video card drivers to resolve the error. Anyone have an idea what is going on? I'm guessing it may have something to do with how my system is allocating its resources and the reinstallation of the drivers resets this. Also, I run 2 monitors. In the past when I had no issue I only used one. Then after adding the second monitor it was fine for a few months then began the error out of the blue. But this leads me to believe its a resource issue. If anyone has an idea of a work around to prioritize the Rift over other peripherals that may help as well.
