What would make a company so arrogant, that they feel as if they can ignore any support requests? They start off a support string, and then liars like Becca, say that they will get back to you. They never do. That is why companies like Amazon will stay strong and prosper forever because they realize customers are where their profit base is. To intentionally ignore after a sale is nothing less than arrogant and inhuman.
I hear you loud and clear , over 30 support tickets without a response. My 2 oculus devices with hundreds of dollars in games useless because I just need a phone number changed for two factor authentication. Obviously things haven’t change in two years.
