I purchased 2 Oculus accessories direct from Oculus website costing £88 (order number 5713809648690781 ). Your delivery company Yodel (complete clowns) lied. They said I had moved address (lived here 11 years, not left house in 12 months due to Covid shielding and I have 24 hour CCTV -Yodel never came to my house). Yodel returned goods to Oculus but Oculus not refunded my money. I'm so angry. Your Customer Service is appalling, Can someone please please sort this out before I escalate to the courts.
