I keep getting this CLI window that says OVRServer [Stable Runtime] (Release) 1.11.0...etc. and it won't close! When i try to close it, it just opens up again on its own.

That shouldn't happen. Maybe try doing a repair install with the Oculus setup.

Just restarted the system and... it's happening to me too. What the hell??
EDIT: Found a Solution. Here's what I did:

Open regedit and modify that key from 1 to 0:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Oculus VR, LLC\Oculus]
Set "ShowServiceConsole" to 0

The console is obvously always running, but normally in "hidden" mode. Don't know why when restarting my system, that key turned to 1 (thus always showing the console on screen).

You can also just run OcculusDebugTool.exe
(C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics)
Then in the menu go to Service > Toggle console window visibilty

MikeJules thanks. That works.  Toggle Visibility then restart.
