Oculus App Safety Agreement Not Working

I had to factory reset my Oculus Quest a few months ago when the linking of my Oculus account to my Facebook account bricked my system. However, recently I wanted to try app development in my spare time, and was trying to set up developer mode. However, since I hadn't re-done the headset setup, I decided to do that now. I can get through the setup, but the app keeps showing error messages whenever I hit "Acknowledge" at the health and safety prompt, so I'm stuck at that screen. The Oculus support pages, forums, and internet searches don't yield any results on anyone both encountering AND fixing the problem. If anyone knows how this could be solved, please let me know!

Hello @PrismaticKoi If you haven't already please open a support ticket with us here and include a picture of the screen/error you are stuck on, please also let us know the device you are trying to hit Acknowledge on (PC/iPhone/Android). Thanks!
