Oculus Home crashes during pairing Touch

Hello everybody, it's been a while! Got my Touch today and not to my surprise it doesn't work(the amount of technical issues I've had with my Rift has been ASTOUNDING so I've come to just expect it -.-) I get as far as this page:

That page displays for about 2 seconds(regardless of what I do) and then Oculus Home crashes. In about 20 seconds the runtime service restarts OH to the page BEFORE this one, but as soon as I click next it does it again.

I guess it's been long enough now that you prolly need my specs:
Windows 10 x64
i7 3770k @ 4.2Ghz
AMD R9 290
16GB DDR3 1600

All drivers, software, and Oculus home is fully up to date. The logs are not being written to(I checked and their last written date/time is not changing) but I can of course provide them if need be.

I'm just not allowed >_< I tried going through the setup on my Windows 7 install. It passes this point and the controllers pair. It runs the Sensor USB test which passes and then as soon as I click next I see:

I've tried different ports to no avail. Something is really fishy here.

Actually passing the pairing in Windows 7 left them paired in Windows 10 too, and Win 10 doesn't display this most recent error. Will continue setup with my fingers crossed and report back!
