I own a quest 2 and the official link cord, everything worked very well for about a month and a half until suddenly the link cable has stopped working. I contacted oculus support over email and for a week and a half now I have tried all of the trouble shooting help they have offered me, as well as sending them logs and my serial numbers/shipping info. Now support has gone silent for 4 days now as I asked if they could just ship me a replacement cord in exchange for my broken one. This is ridiculous. Is it so much to ask for a replacement if it's within warranty? I'm extremely disappointed in the oculus customer service.
