Today when I picked up the headset it asked me for a pattern that I never defined.
1 - I live by myself, it is not possible someone could have done it for me.
2 - No, I don't have a problem with my pattern, because I have not defined a pattern.
3 - I'm not willing to factory reset my headset everytime it decides to create a pattern for itself.
This is my account and the one the headset is associated to.
I'm sure you have remote access to the headset and the capability to both identify the owner of this account and unlock it remotely, so please, do it as soon as possible.
