Good evening,
I purchased the Oculus Rift S over a year ago, and I have never been able to get it to work. The Display Port will not connect. I have read every forum/community conversation and nothing works. Any thoughts on how I can get this to work?

Hiya! We're glad you reached out about this! We would ask that you submit a support ticket here, so we can look into this further. We would appreciate it if you took these steps to gather logs and attached them to your initial support ticket. It makes it so much easier for both of us!
If you're unable to install the Oculus app on your PC, collect setup logs:
If you're experiencing issues while using Oculus Rift S or Rift, collect logs from Oculus Diagnostics:
Once the log collection is finished, a .zip file containing the logs will be saved to your desktop.
