Oculus Studio report 3D 180 VR as “not spherical”

Not sure why,  but when I try to upload my Canon VR video to Oculus Media Studio, I get an error saying my video isn’t Spherical. The video works fine if I view it on my headset, so I’m a bit confused as to what that actually means.  Anyone  know what’s it’s referring to?

Hi, sorry I was trying  find help on that page but literally there wasn’t a place to ask questions. 😅 my video follows all of the requirements which is why I don’t get why it’s not working.  Sound wise, I don’t have spatial sound, so maybe that could be it? I did attempt to use FB 360 but nothing installs- it just throws an error, so I haven’t been able to embed spatial sound just yet.
