Oculus Support - 9 days and counting still no solution (3040688)

Hi There,

It's been 9 days since I first contact Oculus support and still no solution to my issue.
I must have contacted them 4 times for an update and still nothing, not even a reply.

I'm a new user to Oculus and if support is this slow and poor regarding a relatively minor issue, I can only imagine how long it will take if there's something major.

I do hope this message finds its way to someone in the support group who can remedy the situation.
