Oculus is taking a silly amount of time to respond to emails

So i have submitted multiple support tickets, emails and posts on this community forum all of which have had a means to an end.
Its like there is noone in the oculus offices and its all just a ghosttown, I want to refund my oculus rift s as i dont have the room or the financial stability to afford such a thing, I recieved it around 3 weeks ago.... I have a week left of my refund window and nothing from any of the support, i feel as if they are just waiting for my window to expire then just say "oh well it looks like your 30 days are up". Please does any one have a solution to this? @cybereality maybe you know something about this?
