Your guess is as good as mine, I doubt any one in here will be able to provide you with a solid answer. Unfortunately none of us have one of these:
So questions like "when will gpu X be supported" - and "when will Windows 11 be supported" are basically a waste of time: only use gpus and os which currently are supported by Meta if you want an optimal experience and don't gamble with VR. 2c.

Honestly the 3050 will never be supported for the platform. Quest link needs to accomplish 2 items which are render and encode for streaming.
That said you can use virtual desktop and emulate link. Just run everything off the games tab, and make sure you have a hard wired 5ghz router.
