Oculus lost my headset and controllers

  • I sent in my Oculus 2 and controllers for replacement and they claim to have lost them over 1 month ago and still, they keep saying they are working on it. I am sick of waiting for their error and keep demanding they send me an Oculus 2.  I paid $400+ for this.  I have sent 40 emails and they just keep telling me the same thing. I have used my Oculus everyday for leisure and work.  This is ridiculous!! How does a company like this treat their customers the way I'm being treated?
