Oculus quest 2 replacement

Returned a defective unit to Meta and they received that device on May 16. Three days to process and send me the replacement was what I was told. Now it’s June 1st and still no replacement! I’ve sent numerous emails and always get the same response…we’re so sorry, please be advised we’re on top of this. Then I get no updates, nothing, unless I email again and then get the SAME response! Getting really tired of the run around and the gaslighting. NOT a good way to run a company. I have over $600 in this system including accessories. Needless to say if something doesn’t happen quickly at this juncture, I’ll be asking for a refund!
