Oculus won’t work

Had my oculus for 2 months and now it won’t work when I turn it on most of the time it’s a black screen so I have to reset it a bunch of times and it finally turns on but doesn’t show any apps I downloaded and keeps saying sorry something went wrong

Hey there! Issues like this can be so frustrating and confusing when they seemingly have no case. Let us help where we can and offer a couple troubleshooting steps for you to try:

• Try another network
• Try another connection type (LAN, Wi-Fi, mobile data)
• Remove the device from your mobile phone/ PC app

  • On a computer or mobile phone, navigate to https://secure.oculus.com/my/devices/.

  • Choose your Oculus Quest headset from the list of devices.
  • Click Delete Device Data then click Continue.

    • If you don't see this option, your device's software version may not support remote wipe.

  • Complete the verification flow to confirm your identity.
  • Once the factory reset is complete, your device will disappear from the list. It will then be factory reset the next time that it comes online.
• After the previous step, Log out of your mobile app/ PC application and then log back in(then preform the initial set up as done upon activation)
