If you want a Quest, why did you try to cancel?
If you don't want a Quest why did you order it?
What's wrong with it being on hold? That's not a problem, just part of the process. Nothing related to Oculus happens in one day, just calm down and wait for it. A search of these forums would have found many posts about orders on hold. It would also have found many posts about delivery times.
