Right so I ordered my quest 2 yesterday, messaged support as its on hold and still no response. I go to cancel the order it says its unable to cancel and that i need to contact oculus support. Any answers?
What's wrong with it being on hold? That's not a problem, just part of the process. Nothing related to Oculus happens in one day, just calm down and wait for it. A search of these forums would have found many posts about orders on hold. It would also have found many posts about delivery times.
