For the past month I continue to have issues with downloading past titles. I have many great games I would like to play that state "Sorry we can't install ____ Please visit Oculus Support. I have done fresh installs, installed on a separate computer. Reset my network. Nothing more I can do on my end. I also completed past support tickets submitting logs with no resolution.
Anyone else going through this? I hope Meta updates the storefront and fixes these issues. Several hundred paid purchases since 2016 and most do not download. The storefront also has an issue where you are unable to download past titles (at least for me). It says get in text but no button to obtain, and no button on the actual page to purchase or download. Thank you. I am wondering if others are experiencing the same. I hate to make additional purchases and have them abandoned in the future with no ability to download. I will have to look towards other platforms if this isn't resolved.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Did you try it?
I also tried it on more than one PC before and it didn't work.
And my library is on "C" and "D", but the standard download drive was "C".
When your standard download drive is "D" now, change it to another location to check if it works.

Thanks. I have tried moving the library locations to both the root directory and off to another drive...but the issue, at least for me and at least for the Ethan Carter title, crops up the instant I try to download from the storefront 😞

Same here, no luck with different install locations.

I'm sorry it didn't work for you......seems I had a lot of luck.

Still unable to dl Don't knock twice. The problem is now more than two months old.
I got an answer from Oculus, telling me that the downloading problem for any game is solved since January 13th and that I have to uninstall everyhing, delete my files, pray for Jim Morrison, turn off the light of my kitchen, and so on.
What a joke ! I'm fed up with these useless process.
@Ryanality, are you still there or did you give up ?

Hey Addikt, there are still some titles that are impacted by this issue, and Don't Knock Twice (and its demo) are on the list still. The team is still working on it, but I don't have any news right now to add which you don't already know. I'll let you know if I hear anything!

Hello RyanS ,

Hey @Kranky_Pantz, I can confirm those are on the list of impacted titles. That list should be available to them, but not all agents may have access. I'll check with the team if it's something they can share again internally.

Hi RyanS,
Thanks for the quick reply.
Since this issue has been going on for several months now, and obviously there are still quite a few impacted titles, I think at this point there should be some transparency and make a public list of affected games here so that that we as paying customers aren't chasing our tails following some of support's textbook "fixes".
I've just had yet another reply from an agent who had requested that I completely uninstall EVERYTHING and start over!
Seriously?!?!?!?!?
C'mon.....this is becoming pathetic!
At some point Oculus should simply be refunding or at the very least crediting our accounts for the affected titles, since I find it very hard to believe that this couldn't have been resolved by now....months later.
