My quest stopped working said tracking and guardian problems. After contacting support, was informed to do a reset.
After that controllers have disappeared and trying to repair them keeps saying to pull the tabs out which aren't there now.
I purchased from the oculus.com webpage and there now telling me that because it came from Japan I have to give them an address where it came from???? And also pay to return it.
I'm not happy at all with oculus, and u should be sent an RMA
I have sent them all serial numbers from headset and controllers.
Any help would be appreciated.
