Level 2

I'm not receiving requests from my teen to approve game purchases. Notification settings are on and I have logged off and back on to Oculus mobile App. Anyone have any ideas how to get this working? Thanks

I am having the SAME issue and my teen is soooooooooo driving me mad because he's frustrated and I see no notifications. 

Good day there, We hope you're having a fantastic day! We see you're not receiving notifications as well, but don't worry, we'll work together to resolve this and get you back to enjoying your VR.


Please try the steps listed in the first post first, and if that doesn't work, try the additional steps listed here:


  • Try un-installing and re-installing the app
  • Check to make sure your parental settings are set up:
  1. Open the Oculus mobile app
  2. Tap (three line menu) More
  3. Tap Parental Supervision
  4. Tap the (settings cog icon) to access your parental supervision settings.
