I am unable to add a payment method. I get a message that says unable to ad payment method Every time I put my card information in. We have 2 devices and the payment method worked on one but will not work on the other. We used a second card and still get the error msg. Is there something I need to do to fix this?

make sure the oculus app and the OS for your phone is up to date maybe.

I am having the same issue - can’t add/save payment info. Good suggestions RE OS and app being up to date, but didn’t help (me).
