Playback of games is choppy and out of sync

My quest 2 is barely a month old and out of nowhere everything is playing real choppy and out of sync. I waited a long time and paid a lot of money for this, so how do I go about returning it for a new one, new not used or refurbished. Or if I can fix it let me know how.  I have reloaded my games, done a factory reset. Help me out here, I've been a big supporter. Don't let me down
