Hey there! We know payment issues can be pretty dismaying to the VR experience, so we'd love to lend a hand.

 

In order to gain a bit more knowledge, could you please answer the following:

 

  1. When was this first noticed?
  2. Have you made any purchases before?
  3. Is this with a new card or an existing payment method?
  4. Is there a specific game this issue happens with, or with multiple different apps?
  5. Does the issue happen over different devices? (Phone, PC, Headset, etc.)
  6. What all have you tested? (So to not repeat anything)

 

There are also a couple of basics we can try:

 

  1. Try different networks (Hotspot, Cell data, etc.)
  2. Test a different browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)
