Problem with Panning Audio with Home Theatre Setup

In my play space, I've got an 8 channel home theatre setup. I prefer this very much to headphones because despite "virtual surround" headphones never gave any surround effect to me.

Anyway, when turning my head with the HMD, for some strange reason sound sources are panned around as if I had the speakers mounted to my head. I believe it didn't behave like that all the time, it probably started when I got my touch controllers a week ago.

In Oculus Setup, "Audio Output in VR" is set to "Windows default". Windows 10 Audio (in the systray) is switched to my AV Receiver connected via HMDI.

Side question: How can force the audio always on? I hate it when it switched off when I take the HMD off.

Actually I'd like to Oculus not interfere with my audio at all.
