Refund

I ordered 2 games for my son.  I was unaware that I needed to enter his email.  My card has been charged but I cannot access the games.  After he told me to use his email, I reordered the games and he has received them.  I am old school and thought the order would be shipped to me.  My invoice # is 111283848350554.
