Refurbish NOT WORKING

Bought my daughter her Oculus 9 months ago and the screen turned black,contacted support as we have a warrenty.Waited almost 3 weeks for a new one,to get sent a refurbished one that will not pair at all.Contacted support again to be told to do a reset on headset.I did that and the Oculus once again,went black.Will not charge or turn on.I am very pissed as I keep getting the run around after paying so much money for this **bleep** thing.I will be contacting the BBB about this as I am seeing a lot of customers going threw the same thing and nothing is being handled properly.People are getting ripped off
