I received my Rift today and I've been trying to install it. I get to the cable connection section of the installation and it detects both the sensor and the rift USB connections but cannot detect the HDMI cable connection. I've tried updating Windows 10, my drivers, I've tried detecting new hardware. I completely uninstalled Oculus Home and reinstalled it without success. I've plugged and unplugged the cable from both the headset and the computer several times. I have restarted my computer twice. Does anyone have any further ideas? I am running a GTX 770. I know it's below spec but from what I've heard it's supposed to be able to still function on that, if terribly. Everything else well exceeds spec.
i had the same problem with a CV1 and an MSI 970. No problem with a pny 780ti and an msi 980Ti on the same PC without réinstalling anything except the gpu. Can't figure the problem...
