This just happened to us as well. Right controller was fine last night. The headset was plugged in all day while kids were at school, they got home and the right wouldn’t turn on. Tried different batteries and unpaired it but I can’t pair it up since it won’t even light up. I’ve seen this issue mentioned several times , are these defective.

Thank you for explaining those details to us! It seems like it may be a controller hardware issue. This will require tools we don't have access to here on the forum. We recommend you submit a support ticket. One of our specialists will be happy to go over your options with you!
