So I was looking into buying a headset and I found a website ( https://www.oculususa.store/ ) and they are marking the main items with a 70% or more discount and I wasn’t sure if that’s a real website or not. If anyone knows it would be much appreciated.

This is NOT an Oculus website.  Prices are too low, stuff is always on sale, and poor English is used.

 

On reddit, Oculus Support says "Hey there, that website isn't Oculus, and doesn't appear to be legitimate. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from there. Our website is Oculus.com."

It's run by BuenaDeal. They do this to many products, make fake stores that look official, take paypal orders but ship nothing, or a misrepresented cheap product. Have a read of the comments here:
