So oculus suport was helpful with my first ticket they got my facebook info and sent it over to facebook. Facebook actually quickly got my ID and sent me a link to "fix" the issue. Problem is they got me in to an account that is not mine. Now they won't reply when I try to tell them this. Not only have they not fixed my isue they prob created the same isue I'm having for someone else.
I will take a full time position at facebook resolving account isue all day.
Please get some suport going for facebook accounts as this is the only way to use my 450$ device.
