Silicone cover glitches Oculus quest 2

When I have the silicone cover on, I have a black screen, and the quest won't load the home screen. But when I remove it, the headset works just fine, but It is hard to play without. Anyone know how to solve this?

If you are using the stock facial interface this should not be a problem.  If it is, contact Oculus Support.
