Just got a new quest 2, started setup, paired, got a new update. But its not at all updating.. Its been 4 hours.. Still at 0% 👌😒.

Also tried Factory reset and a different Wifi, going to be a matter of waiting. It would be good if there was a status update page.

How depressing - mine is the same last 6+ hours. They have no idea when its gonna be back by the looks of things, is it even a priority for them I wonder 🤔.

Same here, arrived today, just ran initial setup says downloading update 1 of 2, and freezes. Rebooted my router, linked it to the phone app, connected both to same wifi, nothing happens. tried factory reset, same issue. Really regretting buying this

I bought mine today and I'm having the same problem since 5 hours ago trying and nothing, I've formatted it several times.
