Support Response time sucks

Ticket submitted on Sunday... no acknowledgement.... it is now Tuesday... still no acknowledgement.

im was so happy when I bought on an Oculus rift s 31 December, but now i'm waiting support is coming.
I've done a lot of work for fixing bugs...reading reddit, oculus help and nothnin. I hope tomorrow i will have answer. ( ticket #1050027 )

Everyone bar them has to work 24/7 to support them while they are relaxing and enjoying their holiday...  everyone knows that!
I mean, like they spent 100's in their local currency for a toy that doesn't work, it has to be fixed now!
Hopefully the guys are back in their hamster wheels and churning out useful support for the entitled now 🙂
