I used GTX1060 before, and the device can work normally. After replacing the RTX2060, the device has sound and the loading indication can be seen, but the game screen cannot be displayed normally.

I can see the handle in the device and move the position of the handle. I can also see the three small dots in the loading process. I am from China, please help me.
