The main menu screen is all black

Hi. This is the second time that happens to me.

When I turned on my headset today the main menu was all black. Only I could see the controllers and hear the Oculus menu button when I pressed the button.

Yes, the issue was solved by factory reseting it, but I want to know, I'm the only one experiencing this? There is other way to solve the problem?

 

Additional info.:

  • Headset: Quest 2
  • Guardian was disabled in the developer options.
  • I have a sticker on the headset sensor.
  • This happened when I plugged and unplugged the headset twice because I was moving the cable to another port of my PC when the headset suddently turned on. When it turned completely on the main menu was in black.

same exact thing happened to me. I picked it up and it was black. power cycle, See the new meta logo (wasn't expecting that) back to black. 
I also had Guardian disabled. Never attempted to connect to PC.
I am able to do voice commands, tried loading an app and still see nothing. Going to factory reset, not happy about it.
