Hey there! We hate to hear about the drifting of your controllers, and we want to help!

We suggest trying to unpair and repair your controllers as shown here.

You can also try removing your battery's for 3-5 minutes to reset your controllers.

Let us know how it goes!

this solution has made the drifting not as bad but it seems to still drift

We appreciate the update on how the troubleshooting went! Next we suggest factory resetting your device, but make sure your Oculus Cloud is active so you don't lose you game progress.

rhis solution has not fixxed the issue is there any way i could get a replacement/ is there a warranty still in place?

Hey again, @eadeyw! We know it can be frustrating to have an issue for months now, so we'd be glad to provide some more insight.

One more thing we do have to test is as follows:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Controller Settings
  3. Under Joystick Deadzone and Range, select the joystick which is having issue
  4. Follow on-screen instructions to recalibrate the joysticks deadzones

If that doesn't seem to work, our next suggestion is creating a Support ticket where our specialists can take a further look for you!

If you're still having trouble with drift after those troubleshooting steps, your best bet is going to be to open a support ticket with our team here. That way our experts can help look into what options we have available for you!

Alternatively, if you'd like, you can purchase new controllers from our website here.
