Trying to install Oculus Home but it just gives me a "restart your pc" error everytime.

The title says it all. Also, I saved my OculusSetup file before deleting the files to try again and every time the error was the same:
"Daybreak.OVRLibraryService.Libraries.LibrarianException: Error creating 'C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-worlds\Home2\Content\Paks\Home2-WindowsNoEditor.pak'. [112] ---> System.IO.IOException: There is not enough space on the disk."
But my C: disk has 28 Gb free. My quest is arriving on Wednesday and my cable Monday and I would want to have oculus home prepared before the headset arrives so I could just get into playing PCVR games instead of having to do it all then. and if it is needed I have uploaded the OculusSetup file on dropfiles but I don't know the rules about putting links in posts so I will give it to anybody that asks in comments.
Thank you and have a nice day!
