Unable to access account, store, explore,social, or games

For the past few day I have been trying to figure out how to fix this so if anyone can help that would be great I really want to get back into my account.

Oh no! We hate to hear you're unable to access your account and everything else on your headset. We're here to help get everything working again, and get you back in the game!


First, we have a couple steps that usually work for issues like this:

  • Turn off your headset.
  • Log out and back in to your Facebook account on your mobile device.
  • Log out and back in to your Meta Quest app on your mobile device.
  • Turn your headset back on.
  • Make sure your headset shows paired and connected in the mobile app.

After following those steps, give it a few moments and everything should show back up correctly in your headset! Let us know if that works, or if you need any more help at all. We're here for you!

No it did nothing so I have been thinking to factory reset

Hello, I haven’t used my oculus since Christmas. I turned it on and it told me to update, so I did. Now the store shows code, hdslvc2. Explore and social simply show a black background. What should I do?
