Why Do You Tube videos on Oculus Quest not answer simple questions

My simple question is - what exactly do I need to download/open or click on, and where, to find and open the browser in Oculus quest 2.  All the videos I've watched just confuse me or ask me to click things I cant find.
I have Oculus Link loaded..... I want to find the browser, Now, where the hell is it?  It can't be that hard surely?

go to apps and you should see an app at the top of list labeled browser its on the same line as social and shop.

Click the word that is "browser"
