Why does the Oculus app say my Oculus-ready PC does not meet the minimum requirements?

Just as the title says, whenever I go into the oculus app, it says my pc does not meet the minimum requirements although this Computer (CyberPowered PC) is Oculus ready. It's pretty annoying seeing that large block of text. Any ideas as to what's going on?

Can you take a screenshot of the error message and also post your PC specs or a link to the page where you bought the computer? You can also try running the Compatibility Tool to see what it says.

I have just received my Rift and i get the same message. I have a pretty high spec machine and built it mainly for VR. The card i have chosen a Gigabyte RX560 4GB OC Gaming has Liquid VR, i have two of them and running a VR ready benchmark i get an average of 180fps on standard down to 113 on optimum and 80-90 on ultra settings so its more than capable.
Also using a AMD Ryzen 1700x, 16gb of 3200mhz ram, 256gb NVme m.2 SSD B350chipset but upgrading the motherboard to a X370 Gigabyte board

Can you both please run the Compatibility Tool from the above link and post a screenshot?

most likely its looking at the igpu and not the dedicated.  Force the dedicated via the nvida control panel, or device manager.
